Mike Wells and Brownie Pudding

Brownie Pudding

1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. butter or oleo, melted
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 3/4 cup hot water

Mix well flour, baking powder, salt, granulated surgar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Add milk, vanilla and butter. Mix until smooth. Add nuts. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Mix brown sugar and 2 Tbsp. cocoa together; spring over batter. Pour hot water over entire batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool before serving.

  2. Betty, for me it was Bread Pudding and Chocolate Gravy. I'm still looking for mom's recipe on that.

    And blogger still won't let me post as me. Oh, well!
